Privacy Notice

Neko Coffee & Cafe (“we”) operates nekocoffee.ca and nekocafe.ca. This notice explains what we collect when you use our website and how we use it, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Notify-me list. When you enter your email in a “Notify Me” form we store your email address, the page you signed up from, the date and time of consent, and the IP address the request came from. We keep the IP address only as a record of your consent.
• Lucky Spin game (when available). If you play, we store your email, the result, any coupon code issued to you, and a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and browser used solely to limit plays. Coupon redemptions record the time and the staff member who redeemed them.

How we use it

• To email you when a location opens, and occasional news or offers from Neko Coffee & Cafe.
• To deliver and verify game rewards.
• We do not sell, rent or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Your consent and how to withdraw it

Submitting the form is your express consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Neko Coffee & Cafe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by writing to us at the address below. We will act on your request within 10 business days.

Where your data lives

Our website is hosted on Vercel and our database on Supabase. Data may be stored on servers outside Canada and is protected by those providers’ security measures. We keep notify-me records until you unsubscribe and game records for up to 12 months after the coupon expires.
