The Katsu Sando
Crispy. Tangy. Impossibly soft.
Our signature sando starts with a thick meat cutlet, breaded in panko and fried until the crust shatters. It's brushed with our tangy house katsu sauce, layered with finely sliced green cabbage, and pressed between two pillowy slices of Japanese white bread. Crusts off, cut clean, made to order. Every sando comes as a set on a bamboo tray with crispy fried squid rings and a scoop of creamy Japanese potato salad.
