Prices before HST. Weekday and evening slots take the lower price; Saturday and Sunday afternoons the higher. A $100 deposit holds your date.

From request to candles

    Tell us the occasion, the date, the headcount and the package. Two minutes.

    We confirm

    You'll hear back within one business day with availability and a quote.

  3. 03

    Hold it with a deposit

    A $100 deposit holds the date and comes off your bill. Final headcount four days before.

  4. 04

    Party day

    We set up 30 minutes before. You arrive, we pour, you celebrate, we clean up.

04 — Good to Know

The small print, in plain words

When can we book?

Weekend mornings before we open (9 to 11am), weekday mornings (10am to noon), any evening after close (7:30 to 9:30pm), or a Saturday or Sunday afternoon when you take the whole cafe. Weekend afternoons carry the higher price.

How many people fit?

Up to 25 seated. Packages include a base number of guests and a per-guest price above it. For bigger groups, ask and we'll suggest a split or a longer slot.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes, and there's no cutting fee. Please keep it nut-free for kids' parties. We ask that outside hot food and alcohol stay home, since the kitchen and the bar are part of the package.

Allergies?

Tell us in the request. Pablo tarts contain dairy, eggs and gluten; a few flavours contain nuts or gelatin. We'll set a nut-free selection for kids' parties on request.

Deposit and cancellations

The $100 deposit holds your date and is applied to the bill. It's refundable up to 7 days before the party. Changes to the headcount are welcome until 4 days before.

Decorations?

Our lucky-cat tableware and photo corner are included. Bring your own banners and balloons if you like. No confetti or wall tape, please.
